Every Product Starts With An Idea

Most products begin with a concept or customer request. Before anything reaches our store, designs are created and refined using CAD software and prototype printing.

Several revisions may be made to improve appearance, fit, durability and ease of use before a product enters production.

Prototype Testing

Initial prototypes allow us to assess:

• Fit and functionality
• Strength and durability
• Surface finish and print quality
• Ease of assembly
• Potential hazards or weak points

Changes are often made throughout the design process to improve the final product.

Batch Testing & Quality Checks

Rather than testing every individual item, representative samples from production batches are inspected and tested to help maintain consistency and quality.

These checks may include:

• Dimensional accuracy
• Print quality and finish
• Strength and durability checks
• Moving part operation
• Assembly and fit verification
• Visual inspection for defects

Products that do not meet our standards are rejected and reprinted.

Product Traceability

Where appropriate, products are assigned batch or production identifiers to support traceability and quality control.

Maintaining production records helps us:

• Monitor consistency
• Investigate customer feedback
• Track manufacturing changes
• Support safety monitoring
• Take appropriate action if required

Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback plays a huge role in helping us improve. Many design changes come directly from real-world use and suggestions from customers.

Small Batch Manufacturing With Care

Unlike mass-produced products manufactured in huge volumes, many of our items are produced in smaller batches, allowing us to closely monitor quality and make improvements when needed.
